How the RoofInbox website handles information

The pilot form asks for your name, company, email, and any optional phone, website, or message you provide. We use that information to respond to your request and discuss a possible RoofInbox pilot.

Pilot requests are delivered to the RoofInbox operator through the configured email provider. We do not sell the submitted information. We keep it only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain business records, and protect the service.

The Lakeforge Roofing demo is fictional and asks visitors to use sample details. A production installation for a real roofing company would require separate customer-approved privacy and retention settings.

You can ask about access, correction, or deletion by using the pilot form and stating your request in the message.
